Best process ever! Seriously, you can use this for the rest of your life. Every time you are wanting to raise your rates, grow your income, expand your visibility. You can use it in a general way, build it into each quarter or use it regularly before events, consults - anything where you will be putting yourself out there, taking bold actions or making bigger asks.
We all have a bit of this within us. You may call it ‘perfectionism’ or ‘getting it right’ or somewhere in between. When we hold this energy, we’re basically saying that we don’t ‘deserve’ until it’s perfect or done perfectly right. Rarely will that happen and so you want to allow yourself to ‘deserve’ right now - in this moment. Praise, recognition, more money - all of it!
